1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you, the visitor or buyer, and the operator of the KANGJURU website. By browsing the site, creating an account, placing an order, joining a subscription, or reading our community content, you agree to be bound by them.

We call these pages the terms for short. Every order you place is accepted under the version of the terms that is published on the day of your order, though any rights granted to you by consumer law in your country remain yours regardless of what these pages say.

If a rule in these terms is found to be unenforceable by a court, the rest of the terms stay in full force, and the unenforceable part is treated as removed only to the extent needed to make the whole fair.

Please read the parts that affect money and food carefully, and do not place an order if you cannot meet them. Questions about any clause are welcome at the address shown at the foot of this page, and we answer in plain words rather than brush aside your concern.

2. The Company Behind the Store

The KANGJURU market and all orders placed on it are operated by the following organisation:

Xianning Kangjuru E-commerce Co., Ltd.
Rm 201, Unit 2, Building 2, Xinglin Community
Taiping Avenue, Tongyang Town, Tongshan County
Xianning - 437000, China (CN)

The website software is developed and maintained by the developer KangJuRu, working for the company above. Where these terms create a duty, it binds the company as the merchant; where they mention technical behaviour of the site, the developer stands behind the operation of the code under the company direction.

For any correspondence about an order, a box, or a subscription, the company reaches you at feedback@kangjuru.buzz and by telephone at +19365023631. Our customer desk is staffed on the business hours shown on the contact page of this site.

3. Who Can Shop

Our products are ordinary foods and wellness goods for household use, and the store is intended for adults who can make a contract and pay for it. You must be at least eighteen years of age, or the age of majority in the country where you live, before you place an order in your own name.

If you order on behalf of another household member or for a shared kitchen, you stand for the accuracy of the delivery details and for the promise to pay. You confirm that any special delivery instruction you add is safe and lawful and has been agreed with the people at that address.

We may also restrict the sale of a particular item to a region where it can lawfully be imported. When such a rule applies to your address, we will tell you at the checkout before any charge is made rather than surprise you after payment.

4. Accounts and Registration

Shopping does not always demand an account, but subscriptions and repeat orders are easier with one. If you create an account, you promise to give true and complete details and to keep them current so that parcels reach the right door and messages find the right inbox.

You are answerable for keeping your sign in details secret. Do not share your password, and tell us at once if you believe someone else has used your account. The company trusts the person who holds the credentials, and we act on instructions we reasonably believe come from that account.

One person should hold one account for clarity of orders and of any refund. Where a household wishes to pool buying, the named account holder takes responsibility for every order made through that login, including an order a child may have placed by accident, and we advise you to guard such shared accounts with care.

We reserve the right to reject a registration, to hold an account, or to refuse a transaction when fraud is suspected, and we will tell you the reason where the law allows us to share it.

5. Product Descriptions and Food

Every jar, box and blend we list is described in plain language: the source, the method of drying or roasting, the taste, and the best way to store it. We work hard that an image and its caption match, but a photograph cannot guarantee an exact look of a natural crop, and colour and size can vary from one harvest to the next.

Our goods are food. We tell you the declared ingredients on each page and on each label, and we mark any major allergen in the description. Because a shared packing room handles nuts, sesame, pollen and other natural products, a trace amount is possible even in a line that does not list such an item. If you live with a severe allergy, write to us before you order and we will check the exact handling of the batch for you.

The wellness claims we make are modest and grounded. We describe tradition and everyday enjoyment, and we never present a food as a cure or a medicine. Anyone managing a medical condition should follow the advice of a qualified health professional rather than treat a dried fruit or tea as therapy.

Should a description contain an honest error that changes the nature of what you receive, the returns clause below lets you return the item for a full refund.

6. Orders and Production

When you press the check out button, you make an offer to buy. We do not treat that press as acceptance; instead we confirm your order by an email and begin work only after acceptance is clear. For ordinary goods acceptance happens when we send the confirmation, and for made to order or seasonal items we may confirm a dispatch date instead.

Goods are weighed and packed to order in small batches, so the parcel you get comes fresh from the packing room rather than from a dusty shelf. That care takes a little time, and our dispatch times are stated on each product and at the checkout so you are never left guessing.

We may decline an order because the item is out of season, the delivery rule of your country blocks it, the stated address cannot be reached, or a payment fails. If we decline after you have paid, we refund the money to the same method of payment without delay.

A limit may apply to a single order where a harvest is short. We ask you to buy fairly and not to use tricks to cross a set limit; if you do, we may cancel the extra portion and refund it rather than stretch the stock.

7. Prices, Fees and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency of your chosen checkout and include the stated handling for the order. Sales tax, value added tax or similar charges are added only where your country and ours require them by law, and they are shown before you pay so the final figure is never a mystery.

We review prices against the market from time to time. A price on the page may change between your visit and your check out, and the price that binds is the one shown at the moment before payment. Once your order is accepted, we hold the agreed price, and we do not raise it after acceptance even if our own costs rise before dispatch.

Payment is taken through a trusted processor, and we never see or store your full card number. By paying you promise that the method belongs to you and is lawful to use. If a payment is reversed without cause after we have packed a parcel, we may cancel the order and recover the goods fairly in line with the law.

Coupons and discount codes, where offered, each carry their own small rules such as a minimum spend or a single use, and no code may be stacked with another unless the offer says so.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Every order is handed to a delivery partner with your address and a contact number, and you receive a tracking link once the carrier issues one. Delivery times shown are honest estimates and not promises, because a parcel on the road can meet weather, customs or a remote road.

Some of our goods travel internationally, and customs rules of the receiving country apply to the parcel even though we obey our own export rules in packing it. Where a customs charge or a duty falls due at the border, it is paid by the recipient unless the offer page says we cover it. The same applies to local taxes a country raises at the door.

When a parcel is lost or arrives badly damaged, tell us within a reasonable number of days with a rough note of the problem. We work with the carrier to confirm the facts, then replace the goods or refund you as you prefer. Signature, photographs at the door and a careful report help us resolve a claim quickly and fairly.

Delivery runs on the business days we state on the shipping page, and if your area is served by a set weekly route, an order that lands after the route cut off will travel on the following week rather than be forced out on a slower line.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Because our goods are food, a return once opened cannot go back onto the shelf or into another box. We handle this honestly rather than hide behind a rule: tell us promptly if a jar arrives open, stale, wrongly packed or not what you ordered, and we will set it right without a quarrel.

For a sealed and unopened item you decided against, we accept a return within a stated window after arrival, provided the item is unused and still sealed and you arrange the return within a reasonable time. A food item should not travel back in heat, so we ask you to return it promptly and in its original wrapping.

A refund for a change of mind returns the price of the goods after we receive them back; a refund for a delivery fault in a sealed item may begin as soon as we see your report and a fair photograph. Refunds go to the same card or wallet you used, and most clear within a small number of working days after the request is approved.

For a subscription, a refund for a partial month is made only for the box that was not dispatched; planned future boxes are simply cancelled without being charged, so there is no pile of unused credit to unravel.

Nothing in this clause removes a right to reject goods given to you by the consumer law of your own country, which in every case takes priority over these words.

10. Subscription Boxes

A subscription box is a recurring order you control. The cadence, contents and price are shown clearly before you join, and you can change the delivery date, swap a taste, pause a shipment, or end the plan from your account or by one written note.

Subscription payments are taken on the schedule you chose for each forthcoming box, and a reminder goes out before the first charge so there are no surprises. If a payment for a later box fails, we pause rather than quietly drop you, and we tell you how to retry.

The rotation of a box follows the season and your stated preferences, so the article list can move from month to month. This is the point of the plan: a useful variety that does not bore. The price per box stays fixed for the window agreed, and we give advance notice of any future change so you can leave without fuss beforehand.

We aim for every box to delight, and if two boxes in a row somehow miss the mark for your household, write to us and we will shape the third to your list rather than keep sending a guess.

11. Use of the Website and Community Content

You may browse and read what we publish for your own, non commercial benefit. You promise not to interfere with the running of the site, not to damage or overload its servers, not to attempt to reach another account, and not to use scrapers that silently copy the whole store for resale.

Our community articles and live notes are shared for thoughtful reading. You are welcome to talk about them, quote a short line with credit, and share a link, but you may not republish a whole article or sell the content as your own.

Where we allow comments or questions on our live sessions, you promise to keep them courteous and lawful, free of abuse, untrue claims, and unsolicited advertising. We may remove a post that breaks this promise and, in a serious case, close the account of the person who posted it.

The pages are offered as they are at the time of your visit. While we keep them healthy, we cannot guarantee that the service will never pause or that a page will never contain a momentary fault, and we are not liable for the short interruption that maintenance or a fault can bring.

12. Intellectual Property

The name KANGJURU, the jujube and herb illustrations, the writing, the photographs and the arrangement of the pages belong to the company, to the developer KangJuRu, or to our partners who license them to us. They are protected by the law of copyright and of trade marks, whether or not a small mark is printed beside them.

You receive a limited, personal right to view the pages as part of shopping. Nothing in these terms hands you ownership of the brand or the artwork, and you may not reuse our marks or copy our design for your own shop.

The tiny pantry scenes that appear beside each offer are drawn for this store alone, so that no two shelves look alike. We ask the same respect we give others: do not lift the pictures or the words to decorate a different seller.

If you believe that content on our site mirrors your own work unfairly, write to the contact address and we will review the claim honestly and, where it is well founded, remove the material within a reasonable time.

13. Food and Wellness Information

The advice you read on the KANGJURU pages is that of a food seller, not of a clinic. Descriptions of herbs, teas and dried fruit come from tradition and from everyday experience, and they are shared to help you enjoy the goods, not to diagnose or treat an illness.

Before you change your diet, follow a herbal habit, or lean on a food to manage a health worry, speak with a doctor or another qualified caregiver. This is especially true for anyone pregnant, nursing, taking regular medicine, or living with a long term condition, because even an ordinary tea can meet a medicine in an unexpected way.

Nutritional notes on a page are given as a guide and may vary naturally from one crop to another. We stand behind the general honesty of the facts, but we do not present a single figure as a rigid laboratory promise for every hand poured jar.

By reading this clause, you agree that using the site for food ideas does not turn our routine information into medical direction, and you take responsibility for choices about your own body and household.

14. Limits of Liability

Where we can say so under the law of your country, our duty to you for any single loss arising from an order is limited to the price you paid for the goods that caused the loss. This cap keeps a small merchant from shouldering an unlimited claim, and it does not reduce any protection the law grants you as a consumer.

We are not liable for harm that flows from your own choices, such as ignoring an allergy warning we printed, oversteeping a tea against our advice, or storing a dried food badly so it spoils before its time. Nor are we liable for events no seller could fairly control, such as a strike, a flood, a border closing, or a network failure.

Nothing here removes a seller liability that the law will not let us remove, including liability for death or injury caused by our negligence or for a food safety failure that harms your health. Where such a duty cannot be waived, these terms do not attempt to wave it, and they are read so that you always keep the rights the law reserves for you.

For loss of profit or a purely expected business gain, you agree to hold us harmless to the fullest extent the law allows, because our goods are bought for home enjoyment rather than for the working of your own trade.

15. Your Promises to Us

In return for the smooth running of the shop, you promise not to misuse the site or the account in the ways set out in the section on website use, and to keep any contact details you give us accurate enough for a parcel and a receipt to find you.

You promise that any claim you raise against us is raised truthfully, with evidence that matches what actually happened, so that a quick review can settle it without dragging either of us through needless dispute.

You also agree to cover the company against a loss that comes from your own clear breach of these terms. This promise does not reach beyond the law, it does not force you to pay for an accident that was our fault, and it is read narrowly so that it never burdens an ordinary shopper who acts in good faith.

The purpose of this clause is responsibility, not fear. We want the door open to every honest buyer, and we ask only that you treat the store as you would treat a neighbour shelf you trust.

16. Suspending or Closing an Account

We prefer to keep every account open, and we will tell you before we act where honesty allows. But we may suspend an account if we see signs of fraud, repeated abuse of the returns promise, or a serious breaking of the website rules.

Before a suspension for a lesser fault, we normally send one clear warning and give you a chance to put the matter right. A suspension pauses new orders and new charges but does not erase boxes you have already paid for, which continue to you under the original terms.

You may close your own account at any time from your profile or by writing to us, and we will stop any open subscription and refund a box that has not yet been sent. Data that must be kept by law will survive the closure only for the period the law names, as explained in the privacy policy.

A permanent closure for serious misuse is a last measure, and when it is forced we refund any balance you are owed and give you a straight reason so you are not left wondering.

17. Changing These Terms

We will change these terms only for a good reason, such as a change in the law, a change in how the store is run, or the addition of a new service. The date printed at the top marks the most recent update.

An order you place is bound by the terms shown at check out that day, so a change after your order does not reach back and alter it. For ongoing subscriptions, we give notice of any material change well before it takes effect and let you leave without penalty if you do not like it.

We will not quietly weaken a right you already hold. Where the current terms are more generous to you than a new draft would be, the generous reading applies to the order before you until its natural finish.

By continuing to shop after a posted change, you accept the new terms for future orders. If that reading ever conflicts with a mandatory rule of your country, the rule wins.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are shaped with reference to the law of the place where the company is registered, and that law governs their reading to the extent allowed. However, this clause yields to the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live whenever you order from that country as a consumer, because no contract can sidestep the protections your own law gives you.

We would far rather talk than sue. If a disagreement rises, write first to the customer desk, give us ten clear days to look at the facts, and in most cases a human answer settles it. Many shoppers find that a polite description of a problem is answered with a new parcel or a refund before any formal step is needed.

Where a dispute must go further and the law of your country does not insist on its own forum, the courts of the place where the company is registered may hear the matter, and you may choose to rely on the dispute systems of your own country where the law allows.

Nothing in this section stops you from complaining to a consumer protection authority in your own country, and we will co operate honestly if one writes to us about an order.

19. Contacting the Company About These Terms

If a clause remains unclear, or if you would like to propose a gentler reading for a fair end, the whole team is glad to hear from you. Conversations settle more than clauses, and we have found that a short exchange prevents a longer misunderstanding.

Write to feedback@kangjuru.buzz with the words terms question in the subject line, or telephone +19365023631 during the business hours posted on the contact page, or send a letter to Rm 201, Unit 2, Building 2, Xinglin Community, Taiping Avenue, Tongyang Town, Tongshan County, Xianning - 437000, China (CN).

Correspondence about terms is read by the person who runs the desk, in practice Liu Shunkun or a named assistant, and you will always receive a reply that addresses your words rather than a stock phrase.

Thank you for reading to the end. With these rules agreed, we hope every order that leaves our packing room becomes a small comfort in your own kitchen.
